File Organization

• A decade of files from the annual HKWALLS festival [ 2014–2026 ] were not properly organized and difficult to navigate
• Standardized directory structure across 20,927 files.
• Streamlined retrieval for internal teams, press, and curators across 9 festival years.

• Updated artist pages, photo galleries, and project descriptions.
  
• Audited and standardized written content to British English across all new web entries.
• Prepared social media posts and drafted captions (Mentorship Program, PMQ, EICO).

• Project: Handpainted HK Client & Owner Presentations
• Execution: Researched, authored, and designed presentation decks in Canva and Google Drive to pitch wall concepts to clients and building owners. Explored custom graphic identities and layouts.

Digital Wall Mockups & Site Planning

• Execution: Created digital visual mockups in Photoshop for TBC festival walls (including Mixo wall) to help clients and artists visualize finished murals prior to execution.
• Data & Bidding Support: Conducted physical pillar site measurements and assisted in building bidding tables and cost calculations on Google Sheets for site proposals (HKTB).

Large-Scale Murals & Assistive Painting

• Projects: TAXA Mural, Parents Parents Murals, Kennedy Bay Painting.
• Skills & Execution: Hand-painted mockups, color-matched physical artwork to paint batches, and operated heavy equipment on-site (earned Construction License / Scissorlift operation).

Creative Workshops & Community Engagement

• Projects: UBS Make and Do Workshop, HKJCCAC Paper Models.
• Execution: Supported workshop logistics, material preparation, and hands-on fabrication (embroidery, dremeling, paper modeling).

Equipment & Storage Logistics

• Location: Soho House & HKWALLS Storage
• Execution: Managed inventory, safety gear (harnesses, helmets, lights), and logistics check-in/check-out for active production teams during festival setups.
